[2] If your spa isn't worth fixing, in our opinion, and your money may be better spent buying a new one, we will
be the first to suggest that ...Since we don't sell new spas, we can be a lot more objective about what your options may be.
[3] We will always look for the most inexpensive way to safely repair your spa consistent with a good long term outcome.
[4] Because we are confident about what we know, it is part of our protocol to reexamine our initial diagnosis to further insure
the correct repair is made.
[5] Former customers are always contacted first, when return phone calls are made. Every
effort will be made to respond to your questions within 24 hours of your call.
[6] Ned Wise customers are considered long term relationships. We are your tech support help-line. Just call with any
questions about any aspect of your spa. If we don't have an answer we will find one.
